Like its predecessor, this book is a continuing reflection of commitment to the reduction of fire disasters and the improvement of burn therapy. The health professions have been continually developing effective management in burn therapy; in parallel, the community has been mobilizing fire prevention and fire fighting mechanisms that protect the environment from ever-increasing hazards of disasters.
